As a Construction Laborer at Arsenault Bros. Construction, you’ll be an essential part of a supportive team, reporting to the Foreman and Project Manager. You’ll assist skilled tradespeople, perform general labor tasks, and contribute to a variety of exciting projects.

We want to hear from you if you have any of the following experience:

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including tasks such as digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Preparing and inspecting tools/materials for daily activities
• Assist with the installation of building materials (e.g., concrete, framing, drywall).
• Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools.
• Support skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Ensure jobsite is cleaned daily or as required throughout the day
• Deliver materials to various jobsites as needed.
• Pack up the jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring all tools/materials are put away.
• Perform other labor-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

The successful candidate should have or be able to:

• Be self motivated and reliable.
• Strong time management skills.
• Own hand tools, driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to perform work in a professional, timely, safe, and ethical manner.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks.
• Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience in the construction industry an asset.
