In November 2024, Prince Edward Island’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 8.0%, higher than the rate that was registered a year earlier and down from last month’s rate. The national unemployment rate was 6.8% in November, representing an increase of 1.0 percentage point in comparison to last year’s rate.
