In April 2024, the participation rate in Prince Edward Island was 66.5%, 0.2 of a percentage point lower in comparison to March 2024. Compared with April 2023, the rate decreased by 0.3 of a percentage point. By comparison, the participation rate for Canada was 65.4% which represented a decrease of 0.3 of a percentage point on a year over year comparison.
