Sea Rocket is looking for a Dishwasher: RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure cookware, cutlery, and dishes are effectively clean and sanitized Record chemical levels for dishwasher Record fridge and freezer temperatures Some food preparation based on willingness and experience Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out waste, compost, & recyclables Keep storage and prep areas clean and organized QUALIFICATIONS: Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Team oriented Comfortable using commercial dishwashing machine and sanitizing chemicals Knowledge of food and beverage health and safety guidelines High-energy with a positive and passionate attitude REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Sea Rocket is looking for a Prep Chef: RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and clean and organized work area Ensure that daily food preparation is carried out Making use of commercial restaurant equipment (ie VacPac Machine, Sous Vide etc.) Property date and label items for refrigeration and/or freezing Cooking/preparing of meals during lunch and/or dinner service (based on experience) Clean area when task or shift is complete QUALIFICATIONS: Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize food preparation duties and carry out efficientlyTeam oriented Knowledge of using commercial restaurant equipment Knowledge of food and beverage health and safety guidelines High-energy with a positive and passionate attitude REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
