Located on the shores of Bay Fortune in eastern PEI, The Inn at Bay Fortune is a 21-room heritage property operating seasonally from May to October. Surrounded by breathtaking coastal beauty, you’ll play an integral role in creating seamless, memorable experiences for guests visiting from around the world.

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests meet and one of the last they remember. From managing reservations and welcoming guests upon arrival to coordinating special requests and chauffeuring guests between our historic properties in our vintage Bentley, you’ll help ensure every stay feels personal, polished, and unforgettable. You’ll work closely with our Front of House, culinary, and leadership teams to deliver thoughtful hospitality that reflects the warmth and excellence of The Inn at Bay Fortune.

Whether you’re assisting with check-ins, answering guest inquiries, preparing beverages, or supporting evening service transitions, your attention to detail and genuine care for people will help create the exceptional experiences our guests travel across the globe to enjoy.

What we offer:

• Competitive starting wages of $21.00 per hour (based on experience) + 4% vacation pay

We’re looking for someone who is positive, organized, adaptable, and excited to create exceptional guest experiences. Hospitality, front desk, concierge, or hotel reservation experience is considered an asset, but a strong work ethic, professionalism, and eagerness to learn matter most.
