- Post, update, and adjust real estate listings across platforms
- Handle bank reconciliations, pay bills, and complete agent payroll
- Prepare and submit CRA remittances
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage emails professionally
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including listings and promotional materials
- General office administration and record-keeping
