Job Description:

MacKinnon Pines Lodge is looking to add a Senior Care Assistant to their team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Community Care Facility (CCF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
  • Strong knowledge of Health PEI regulations, Acts, and operational standards for Community Care Facilities
  • Experience with care planning, SAST assessments, and maintaining care documentation
  • Strong administration and management skills, including leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preference will be given to applicants who reside in Prince Edward Island and have knowledge of the Health PEI system and local community resources.
