Job Description:

Located in the heart of downtown Charlottetown, Rodd Charlottetown Hotel has been known for its warm island hospitality, historic charm, and commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a friendly, service-driven individual to join our Front Desk team on a Part-time basis.

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience – welcoming visitors, assisting throughout their stay, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide an excellent first impression
  • Register guests and accurately record information in internal systems
  • Manage incoming calls, make room reservations, and confirm bookings
  • Process payments and provide invoices at check‑out
  • Assist guests with requests such as dinner reservations, local information, and hotel activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized front desk area

  • Strong commitment to guest service and hospitality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, courtesy, and follow‑through
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
