The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and scheduling posts on Facebook using Hootsuite and Canva.
Other Duties will include:
Helping office staff with basic administrative duties and compliance duties. Such as:
- Handling paperwork and filling
- Updating databases
- Reviewing and completing spreadsheets
- Answering phone calls
- Covering front desk when needed
- Completing and documenting research using Google
- Meet deadlines and multitask
