Job Description:

Becks Home Furniture is a family-owned Furniture and Appliance retail store located in Montague right on the waterfront.

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team this summer greeting and welcoming all customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
  • Answer all calls and direct to appropriate person
  • Maintain a clean, organized front counter
  • Assist with dusting, vacuuming as needed
  • General office duties
