Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Summerside, Prince Edward Island
Summerside Integrative Care Clinic (SICC), a rapidly expanding multidisciplinary clinic located in the vibrant heart of Summerside, is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team!
About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time. The ideal candidate will be available to work until 7:00 PM on scheduled shifts and may be available to work occasional Saturdays. We’re looking for someone excited to grow with us as our clinic continues to expand.
Your Role Will Include:
- Welcoming and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling and managing appointments using our clinic software
- Processing payments
- Simple cleaning and keeping up with laundry
- Supporting therapists and maintaining smooth daily clinic operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in reception, healthcare, or customer service (an asset)
- Willingness to work evening shifts until 7:00 PM
- Availability for occasional Saturday shifts
- Experience with Jane software is a strong asset, or willingness and enthusiasm to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail
