In May 2026, the value of Prince Edward Island wholesale sales (excluding petroleum, petroleum products, and other hydrocarbons and excluding Oilseed and grain) increased by 16.6% from May 2025 to $112.4 million. Nationally, wholesale trade (excluding petroleum, petroleum products, and other hydrocarbons and excluding Oilseed and grain) increased by 7.4% over the same time period.
