This field is hidden when viewing the form

Hidden Field

Active job seeker profiles are grouped based on age and freshness, meaning they've been either published or updated in the past 30, 90 or 180 days (excludes students). The "all profiles" tab captures all job seeker profiles regardless of age or freshness.

While profiles may include an uploaded resume, our search is only capable of displaying results from data found in the profile fields and not the file uploads.

If using multiple filters in combination, our search is designed to show results from "any" field selected (this OR that), not "all" fields selected (this AND that). This means using multiple filters will expand your search results, not narrow them.

When using the Keyword field, be as specific as possible (e.g. "Photoshop") versus using a phrase or broad term (e.g. "sales").

Our search doesn't use an exact match. Instead, it uses the "contains" operator. So if you search for the word "sales", results containing that word, like "salesforce", will also show up.

Previous job title is a field where our users are asked to share a job title they feel best represents their skills, abilities and past work history. It can be a very effective search field when searching specific occupations, such as "nurse" or "welder".

School of study and field of study represent fields used to populate the Education section of our job seeker profiles.

Sector experience is a field where our users share the sector they feel best reflects the concentration of their past work history, whereas sector of interest represents a sector they most want to explore in future.

Be sure to use the "Clear" button after each variation of search that you perform to ensure you are getting clean results each time.

It's good practice to bookmark or print profiles and/or attached resumes to review later once you've completed your search. Look for the bookmark and print icons on the top of each profile.
