About the Role As an EDI Analyst at CONTAX, you will help bridge the gap between technology and business, enabling our customers to exchange data seamlessly with their partners using SAP. You’ll configure, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI solutions that make business processes faster, more reliable, and more efficient. The team lead will lead and assist the team responsible for implementation projects and support in CONTAX’s cloud based, managed service tool, Arcus. The responsibilities of this position include: Becoming familiar with technical aspects of the Arcus OCR tool. Managing customer interactions and relationships. Guiding implementation projects.
