IT Support Specialist – OJT Student Position Murphy’s Pharmacies  Please note: This is a temporary full-time position for On-The-Job (OJT) students for the summer of 2023 (12-16 weeks). As an IT Support specialist, your job will be to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment, to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. ·        Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, phones, printers, debit machines and scanners ·        Logging and processing support calls and emails (incidents and service requests) ·        Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues ·        Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades ·        Maintaining records of hardware assets and software licenses ·        Training new and existing users on various components and systems ·        Primary system supported include Windows 10/11 Computers, Microsoft 365, Windows 2016+ Servers, Ring Central (VOIP), Kroll Pharmacy Management, Autostar POS.
