In the second quarter of 2024, net migration into Prince Edward Island was 1,310, compared with a net inflow of 1,940 in the same quarter of 2023. Net inter-provincial migration into Prince Edward Island was a gain of 241 in the second quarter of 2024, down from a gain of 493 persons a year earlier. Net international migration was an increase of 1,069 persons in the second quarter of 2024, down from a gain of 1,447 persons from the same quarter in 2024.
