In the fourth quarter of 2024, net migration into Prince Edward Island was 72, compared with a net inflow of 549 in the same quarter of 2023. Net inter-provincial migration into Prince Edward Island was a loss of 198 in the fourth quarter of 2024, down from a loss of 190 persons a year earlier. Net international migration was an increase of 270 persons in the fourth quarter of 2024, down from a gain of 739 persons from the same quarter in 2024.
