As some of our outstanding student team members prepare to return to school in late August, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are available to join our team as Housekeeping Attendants through the remainder of our season and into the fall. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive, team-focused environment.

The Inn at Bay Fortune is looking for Housekeeping Attendants who bring care, consistency, and a sharp eye for detail to everything they do. We need people who can keep things moving, work efficiently under pressure, and help create a seamless, five-star experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What we offer

• Full-time position through October 10, offering consistent daytime hours and priority consideration for the 2027 season
• 6–8 hour shifts, 5 days per week, with paid breaks
• Starting wage of $20.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
• Cost-shared employee health benefits upon returning for 2nd season
• Complimentary staff meals during working hours
• Two passes annually to the FireWorks Feast for you and a guest
• No experience, we’ll provide the training

• The ability to stay focused and organized while working under tight timelines
• A positive, professional attitude when working independently or with teammates
• Comfort with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and navigating stairs throughout the day
• A willingness to learn, take direction, and follow detailed checklists with precision

What your day will look like

• Refreshing and resetting guest rooms to meet five-star standards
• Changing linens, replenishing amenities, and staging rooms for arrival
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including dining spaces, offices, and washrooms
• Supporting laundry operations and daily housekeeping workflows
• Working collaboratively to ensure all rooms and spaces are guest-ready on time
