Line Cook – Seasonal (End of May to Mid-October)
The Dunes Studio Gallery & Cafe
We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team for the busy summer season. This is a fast-paced, creative environment focused on fresh, local ingredients and quality presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to consistent, high standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during peak service
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of line cook experience
- Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
