We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Export Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is the backbone of our operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our international buyers and domestic suppliers. You will balance proactive sales development with the precise logistics coordination required to ensure our premium seafood arrives in perfect condition, on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Relations: Actively manage relationships with international buyers, processing orders and providing clear, timely updates on stock availability and pricing.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end export process, including coordinating with freight forwarders, managing documentation (Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.), and tracking shipments to ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate records of product availability (crabs, lobsters, oysters, mussels) to effectively meet demand while minimizing waste.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address any shipping delays, documentation issues, or quality control concerns with diplomacy and speed.
- Operational Excellence: Adhere to company safety protocols, international food handling standards, and export regulations.
- Reporting: Promptly report market trends, customer feedback, and operational hurdles to management.
