Job Duties
- Assist with updating and maintaining the municipal website and social media.
- Organize, file, and digitize municipal documents and records.
- Provide general administrative support to office staff.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support data entry and records management tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of website editing or content management.
- Basic skills in graphic design or visual content creation for website or social media.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage files and records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position is subject to funding approval. Applicants must be returning to school in the fall to be eligible.
