Job Description:

Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for the 2026 season. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting daily Front Desk operations while ensuring exceptional guest service and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Front Desk operations and staff
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service
  • Assist guests with inquiries, concerns, and service recovery
  • Support scheduling, training, and daily operational procedures
  • Ensure accurate guest accounts and adherence to company standards
  • Promote resort services and assist with revenue and upselling initiatives

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel front desk or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of front office operations, basic accounting, and computer systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

This seasonal position runs until end of October, with potential off-season opportunities within other Rodd properties for the right candidate.
