Rodd Brudenell River Resort is currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and guest-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and professional service to ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver friendly and personalized service
- Take and process guest orders while confidently answering menu and beverage inquiries
- Assist with food delivery and support team members during service periods
- Address guest concerns professionally and closely collaborate with management team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards within dining and service areas
Key Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and positive personality with a passion for guest service
- Ability to engage comfortably with guests in a professional manner
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Energetic attitude and commitment to providing excellent service
- Interest and enthusiasm for food and beverage service
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
