Robin’s Donuts in Cornwall is currently hiring a Shift Supervisor.
Whether you’re stepping into a leadership role for the first time or bringing previous supervisory experience, we’re looking for friendly, reliable individuals who enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hospitality
- Provide warm, welcoming service to every customer
- Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Keep the front counter and drive-thru clean, stocked, and ready for busy periods
Operations
- Prepare food and beverages according to Robin’s standards
- Monitor coffee freshness and maintain quality at all times
- Accurately prepare and fulfill customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all cash handling procedures
Leadership
- Support day-to-day store operations and team members as needed
- Assist with training and staff support
- Lead by example in customer service and work ethic
- Assist in maintaining store standards, cleanliness, and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Dependable and flexible with scheduling
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
