Job Description:
Store Manager required for gas station in New Annan.
Position is full time shift work, mostly evenings, 12:30 pm to 9 pm. Person must be available to do some weekend shifts. Must have reliable transportation and be available flexible hours.
The work involves:
- Placing orders for stock, receiving and checking off deliveries, managing inventory
- Supervising and scheduling a small crew of staff
- Completing sales using an electronic cash register
- Assisting customers with needs on premises
- Opening and closing the store
- Performing and reporting fuel measurements
- End of shift and end of day counting and reconciliation. Printing reports.
- May involve driving up to 15 km to pick up items store needs
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues with pay point and sales equipment
- Other duties as required
Tasks include:
- Stocking and light cleaning
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Assisting in maintaining the lot
