SEAM Hub Supervisor
Position: SEAM Hub Supervisor
Employment Period: May 25th โ August 28th, 2026
Hourly Rate: $27.00/hour +mileage
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Location: Various SEAM Hubs (travel required across PEI)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEAM Hub Supervisor. The successful candidate will support the SEAM program across multiple hubs, collaborating with coordinators and staff to ensure smooth operations and the successful implementation of the SEAM outcomes. The role includes curriculum review, participant selection, support for SEAM referrals, and overall program oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
May 25th โ June 26th, 2026:
Curriculum Review & SEAM Outcomes:
- Meet with each SEAM Hub to review the curriculum progress and ensure all SEAM outcomes are addressed during the 8-week program (June 29th โ August 22nd).SEAM Referrals: Ensure all SEAM referrals are forwarded to SEAM Hub Coordinators.
- Participant Selection Support: Work with SEAM Coordinators to finalize participant selections for SEAM groups.
- Workspace Support: Assist the Employment Manager in finalizing the SEAM workspace for program staff.
- Weekly Progress Meetings: Connect weekly with the ResourceAbilitiesโ Director of Employment Services to review program progress.
- Payroll Submissions: Ensure Hub Coordinators submit all SEAM participant payroll information (TD1 forms, banking details, and offer letters) to Finance.
- Travel to SEAM Hubs: Travel to each SEAM Hub once a week to meet with coordinators and staff, offering additional support as needed.
- Employee Declarations: Ensure all Jobs for Youth Employee Declarations are submitted to the SkillsPEI Program Officer by the last week of June.
June 26th โ August 22nd, 2026:
- Budget Reviews: Conduct weekly reviews of SEAM group budgets submitted by Hub Coordinators.
- Travel to SEAM Hubs: Continue traveling to each SEAM Hub once a week to provide ongoing support to coordinators and staff.
- Attending group activities as an extra supervisor or driver.
- Assisting with classroom assignments or other activities.
- Dealing with onsite emergencies
- Purchase Orders: Submit purchase orders to Finance as needed.
- Emergency Support: Provide emergency assistance to hubs and participants when required.
- Weekly Hub Reports: Review and provide feedback on the weekly reports submitted by Hub Coordinators.
- Event Participation: Attend ResourceAbilities’ events, such as the June Employment Symposium, alongside SEAM Hub teams.
- Staff Reports Review: Review final reports and recommendations submitted by SEAM staff.
- Weekly Progress Meetings: Continue meeting weekly with the ResourceAbilitiesโ Director of Employment Services to discuss program progress.
August 24th โ 28th, 2026:
Hub Receipts & Funds Submission: Ensure all receipts from the hubs are submitted, along with any leftover funds (if applicable).
Program Evaluation: Ensure that Hub Coordinators complete the Jobs for Youth Program Evaluation Forms.
Final Report Review: Review the payment claim and activity report with the ResourceAbilitiesโ Director of Employment Services.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to various SEAM Hub locations (2 million dollar liability insurance is required)/valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience working in program coordination, education, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Must be able to complete required training (Mental Health First Aid/ASSIST) during employment.
- Must obtain/provide a criminal record check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with youth or in community-based programming, preferably in a previous role with SEAM.
- Background in curriculum development or teaching.
- Knowledge of payroll and budgeting processes.
Position is subject to program funding approval.
