Overview
Reporting to the General Manager of Red Sands Insulation, the Spray Foam Insulation Installer is responsible for the completion of work orders in the portfolio of Red Sands Group owned and managed rentals, as well as owned properties by customers, in a timely manner.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Spray Foam Insulation Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Install spray foam insulation in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas
- Prepare job sites by masking, sealing, and protecting surrounding surfaces
- Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow manufacturer specifications and company installation procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Previous spray foam or insulation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Familiar with residential and commercial construction sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, and on ladders
- Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Communicates clearly with other trades, colleagues and clients
