Key Responsibilities
- Completing carpentry tasks independently
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Installing framing, siding, trim, decks, windows, and doors
- Assisting with jobsite layout
- Supporting crew members and maintaining workflow
Qualifications
- Carpentry education or apprenticeship preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Fall Arrest and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
