Nail Technician / Aesthetician

Job Description:

As an Aesthetician/Nail Tech at OOAK, you’ll provide high quality spa services that support both results and overall client relaxation. Your role includes performing a range of aesthetic and nail treatments, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and ensuring all services meet health & safety standards.You’ll create exceptional client experiences by conducting thorough consultations, customizing treatments to individual needs, and educating clients on aftercare and ongoing wellness. In addition to service delivery, you’ll support the day-to-day flow of the spa by maintaining treatment rooms, managing product inventory within your workspace, and upholding OOAK’s standards of professionalism and care.You’ll also play a key role in building client relationships, encouraging retention through excellent service, and contributing to the growth of the business by promoting services and retail products. Collaboration with the team is essential, whether assisting with new treatment offerings or maintaining a positive, supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional aesthetic and nail services including: Manicures, Pedicures, Gel Nails, Facials / Advanced skincare Treatments, Waxing and Lash services.
• Customize treatments based on individual guest needs and goals
• Educate guests on home care, products, services, and treatment plans
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships and retention.
• Stay current with new techniques , trends, and product knowledge
• Contribute to positive, team oriented work environment
