Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience in cooking for more than 65 people per meal, (3 meals per day).
- Food Preparation and creating a menu following Canada’s food guide. Adjusting menus to dietary restrictions.
- Adhering to all food handling and health & safety procedures . Will need Certification in food safety & WHMIS .
- Positive attitude and work well others.
- Available to work various shifts including weekend and holidays.
- Out going personality .
- Would like to work in a camp environment.
- Count Inventory and place weekly food orders.
