Job Description:

TEMPORARY HARVESTER 

Works with the Harvest Team Lead/Supervisor to harvest, trim, and buck plants according to production schedules while keeping a clean and organized workspace. Performs machine operation (e.g., Twister), hand trimming, cleaning, and basic plant handling tasks in a fast-paced greenhouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Harvest, trim, and process plants using tools and by hand
  • Operate and clean equipment (e.g., Twister machines)
  • Identify and handle product quality issues
  • Complete regular cleaning and sanitation duties
  • Maintain organized, compliant work areas (SOPs, Health Canada standards)
  • Support other team members and departments as needed
  • Follow health, safety, and PPE requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Able to perform repetitive, physical work (up to 50 lbs)
  • Comfortable working in hot, humid, and cold environments
  • Reliable transportation and availability for full-time hours
  • Must be 19+ and able to pass a criminal record check

  • Exposure to plant material, cleaning chemicals, and PPE use
