Job Description:

Duties include:

  • Greet patrons and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Provide a consistently high standard of service
  • Ensure a clean, safe working environment
  • Complete set up and tear down of tables and chairs
  • Work with team members and as an individual
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards
  • Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs
  • Handle any guest problems or concerns
  • Use of upselling or suggestive selling

Qualifications

  • A naturally welcoming, engaging, and positive attitude is required.
  • Experience in Food and Beverage service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
  • Able to lift 20lbs
  • Able to work in an environment with stairs
  • Must be 19 years of age or older or have sufficient background
  • Responsible Servers Certificate
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • Bilingualism would be an asset
  • Must be able to work in September and October
  • Must have reliable transportation as public transportation is not available
