Natures Crops International (NCI), a leading producer and manufacturer of specialty plant oils for use in personal care, dietary supplement, and food industries, has an opening for a seasonal Crushing Technician at our oilseed processing facility and refinery in Kensington, PE from August to mid-December. The Crushing Technician is responsible for the operation of our oilseed crushing (expelling) equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor oilseed crushing equipment
- Record data
- Inventory control
- Equipment maintenance
- Load and unload deliveries/shipments
- Keep facility clean
Qualifications:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and a positive attitude is required
- Must be able to lift 25 kg (55 lbs)
- Training will be provided
Compensation and benefits:
- $20 to $22/hour + 4% vacation pay
Additional information:
- Shift work required, Monday to Friday
- 84 hours every 2 weeks
- August to December, 2026
