Our client, a well-established electrical contractor in P.E.I. is hiring immediately for Apprentice Electricians. Job details:

Pay and benefits:

• Above-competitive wages, ranging from $20.50 to $32.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work under the direction of qualified electricians.
• Work on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Support the installation of conduit, wiring, panels, fixtures, controls, and related electrical systems.
• Read and follow drawings, specifications, and applicable electrical codes with guidance.
• Follow safe work practices and company procedures at all times.
• Work closely with supervisors, journeypersons, team members, and other trades.

Qualifications:

• Committed to apprenticeship registration and continued learning in the electrical trade.
• Previous construction, electrical, commercial, or industrial experience is considered an asset.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
