Job Description:

Office Administrator – 1 Year Maternity Leave

We are a real estate and development company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team for a 1 year maternity leave position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our office and will be responsible for managing rent payments, maintaining organized records, and supporting our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track rent payments from tenants
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare and manage invoices and receipts
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and answering phones
  • Liaise with tenants

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Sage Simply Accounting is mandatory
  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Google Drive
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
