We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team based out of Crapaud, PEI.
We are a locally owned company involved in trucking, developments, and construction projects across Prince Edward Island. We are looking for an operator who takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely, and works well as part of a team.
Equipment:
- Excavator
- Dozer
- Loader
- Grader
Requirements
- Experience operating heavy equipment in construction settings
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver’s License (Class 1 considered an asset)
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely and professionally
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Follow site safety procedures
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and development work
