Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Sanitization: Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Linens & Laundry: Change bed sheets, make beds, and assist with washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any damages or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner.
