Lambe Concrete is a family-owned and operated business located in the heart of Prince Edward Island. Established in 1988, we are a leading supplier of residential and commercial precast concrete products across Eastern Canada.
All products are handcrafted and cast onsite.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in a production and finishing role. This position involves hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor environments and requires attention to detail and consistency in quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete products for finishing (cleaning, sanding, patching, masking)
- Assist with the application of paints, stains, and sealers using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Learn and follow proper procedures for mixing, handling, and storing coatings and materials
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and proper coverage
- Support general production tasks as needed
- Assist customers with basic retail sales when required
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Steel toe boots required
