Responsibilities:
- Identify and perform various maintenance activities in a highly dynamic agriculture operation
- Ensure all equipment is ready when needed to support the farm
- Direct the skilled mechanics to ensure the most efficient and safe work practices
- Use excellent communication and priority management skills, interact with colleagues, suppliers, and others to get the job done right the first time
- Troubleshoot issues in field to ensure maximum uptime
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary education in mechanical trade, red seal preferred or 10+ years of experience
- Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting, preferably in an agricultural setting
- Superior work ethic
- Basic computer knowledge, experience with CMMS preferred
- Communicate well with others
- Committed focus on quality and safety
- Strong desire to learn new skills and hone existing ones
- Electrical troubleshooting skills an asset
