We’re an owner-operated industrial mechanical company looking for a motivated individual to grow with our business. You will work alongside the owner/millwright and benefit from direct mentorship, gaining practical industrial mechanical skills and experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys mechanical work & is able to use metalworking and mechanical tools safely
- Can perform physical work in industrial environments
- Takes direction well
- Shows initiative, drive, and takes pride in their work
- Has a strong work ethic, is reliable, and shows up ready to work
- Wants to build a long-term career
- Has a valid driver’s license
Skills that would be an asset:
- Experience performing preventive maintenance (PMs) or general maintenance
- Forklift operation
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, motors, or industrial equipment/machinery
- Knowledge of basic maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair of industrial equipment
- Experience with welding and fabrication
Experience is an asset, but attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
Hourly wage: $25-$35, negotiable, depending on experience and skill level.
