If you’re passionate about agriculture and enjoy helping customers keep their equipment running smoothly, we’d love to have you join our team as a Parts Counter Sales Representative at our Summerside, PEI location.

Purpose:
Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.

What You’ll Do:

As the face of our Parts Department, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and expert support:

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service to customers at the counter, over the phone, and in the store
• Record all sales and/or counter transactions that occur
• Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer
• Support Service Technicians by sourcing and supplying parts quickly and efficiently
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing parts department
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and promotions that highlight seasonal and in-demand products
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments and inventory
• Assist in working on any reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager
• Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys being part of a team:

• Comfortable using computer systems and parts lookup/catalog tools
• Previous parts / retail experience preferred
• A team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Valid Drivers License and Clean Drivers Abstract

Salary Range: $40,000/yr-$55,000/yr
