Parts Advisor – Montague

Job Description:

Fair Isle Ford Lincoln is seeking a Parts Clerk for a full-time, permanent position at our Montague dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service to join our dynamic Parts Department.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, and our team of technicians to source, organize, and deliver automotive parts and accessories. This is a key role that helps ensure the smooth operation of both the front counter and service shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and ship parts accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers and technicians with their parts needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
• Price and process orders using our computerized parts catalog
• Organize and maintain parts inventory and storage
• Deliver parts as needed to customers or technicians
• Ensure all parts are correctly charged to repair orders and documented properly

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an automotive or parts-related role is preferred
• A working knowledge of automotive components and systems
• Familiarity with computerized parts lookup systems
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
