Job Description:

The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Service and Parts departments to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and superior customer satisfaction. This role ensures alignment with Fair Isle Ford Montague’s core values while driving measurable performance improvements across all fixed operations functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of Service and Parts departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs related to revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to align with company values.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty policies, and dealership procedures.
  • Manage parts inventory to optimize availability and minimize obsolescence.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance for seamless customer experiences.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and retention programs for service growth.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to weekly leadership meetings.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in leading people – Required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an automotive service or parts setting – Required
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license – Required

  • This role is a base salary + bonus based role with total compensation in the $60,000 to $75,000 range
