Job Description:

Fair Isle Ford Lincoln is seeking a full-time, permanent Service Advisor to join our Charlottetown dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional to become a key part of our award-winning Service Department.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between our service team and our valued customers. You’ll help ensure a smooth and efficient service process—from initial customer greeting to vehicle delivery—while providing expert guidance and exceptional customer care throughout the experience.

The base pay for this role is $17 -$19 an hour, with a strong performance based incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally, both in person and by phone
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
  • Create, manage, and close repair orders using our dealership management software (PBS)
  • Communicate with technicians and relay findings to customers in an easy-to-understand way
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections when needed
  • Ensure timely updates to customers on vehicle status and repair progress
  • Manage day-to-day paperwork and maintain service department workflow
  • Help maintain a clean and organized service drive area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an automotive service or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional and approachable demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (PBS knowledge is an asset)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service
