Position Summary: We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to manage front reception and provide general office support. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, able to multitask, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet and assist office visitors
- Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate person
- Provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail and email to agents, clients, lawyers, and other service providers
- Assist all agents when necessary and appropriate to help them professionally represent the EXIT brand.
- Review contracts, enter and interpret data pertaining to real estate files and transactions
- Perform a wide range of general office duties as required

Salary: $23 to $28 per hour depending on qualifications
