Job Description:
Security Officers – Charlottetown Area
We have NEW ON-CALL FULL TIME AND CASUAL AND PATROL & CONSTRUCTION SECURITY POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN THE CHARLOTTETOWN AREA starting ASAP. Various security duties including access control and asset protection, patrols etc. You will need a vehicle and pass a security check to get your security guard license. (We will pay the application fee). You will be available for 12-hour day and evening shifts during the week and weekends. Wages range from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Job requirements:
- You must be available to work shift work weekends and 12-hour shifts.
- Must have a vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Capable of obtaining PEI provincial security guard license.
- Must have a cellular phone.
- Hold or obtain a First Aid Certificate.
- Must be capable of walking, standing for extended periods, sitting, for extended periods of time.
- Required experience: 7 months to less than 1 year …. 50 % of security experience must have been in PEI.
- Languages – English Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
