Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

DALMAC – Print, Signs, Cresting is looking for a detail and customer oriented individual to join their customer service team. If you are passionate about customer service and understand that the devil is in the details we want to hear from you!

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries as they are received via phone, e-mail, walk-in;
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, in-person
• Direct Inquires to appropriate parties
• Manage and prepare outgoing packages for delivery & pickup;
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning.
• Communicate with current and prospective customers to determine their needs
• Follow up on sales leads via phone and e-mail
• Liase with various departments to ensure timely completion of customer orders
• Prepare estimates using POS software
• Entering orders accurately into management information system.
• Assisting in delivering and creating an excellent customer experience through professional interactions with customers, industry partners and coworkers
• Other duties as required to support the improvement of operations and positive workplace culture
