Collision Repair Technician

Job Description:

The Collision Repair Technician’s primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Repair Planning, Remove/Re-Install parts as required, Repair damaged panels using proper Collision Repair Techniques, Preparing body surfaces for repair, Repairing/replacing key body and interior components, and preparing vehicle for primer and priming where necessary.

The Collision Repair Technician will work closely with Estimators, Refinish technician, and other Techs to ensure the job is completed properly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience as a Collision Repair Technician; either licensed or currently completing an apprenticeship
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail
• Team player with effective communication skills; both in person and in writing
• Attend training and workshops as required

• Experience with repair planning, removing, and fixing or replacing damaged parts
• Above average organizational skills
• Meet changing deadlines while still producing high-quality work
• Ability to meet and exceed expectations of high-quality work
