COWS is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented T-Shirt Press Associate to join our production team at the Creamery. In this hands-on role, you will support the daily operation of our t-shirt printing press, helping ensure high-quality products and a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Inspect printed t-shirts to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of the t-shirt press
• Clean and maintain tools including squeegees and putty knives
• Mix inks according to production needs
• Keep press area clean, organized, and safe
• Perform basic maintenance on printing equipment
• Support other areas of production or departments as required
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and processes
• Previous production or printing experience is an asset (not required)

Work Conditions

• Prolonged standing throughout shifts
• Repetitive tasks
• Exposure to inks and cleaning chemicals (WHMIS training provided)
• Use of PPE as required

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (daytime hours)
• Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
• Location: COWS Creamery, Charlottetown, PE
• Reports To: Manager, T-Shirts Production
