Job Description:
The production and operations manager oversees all activities in the planning and executing production and shipment of beer to our customers. You will ensure we have the most effective processes to run our production line. In addition, you will refine and follow all QA/QC processes to ensure our products hit the market while adhering to our high-quality standards.
Major Accountabilities
Assisting brewing team with brewing-related issues.
Troubleshooting equipment problems within the brewhouse and packaging line.
Developing an annual wage and equipment budget
Develop realistic batch plans and production schedules to meet sales forecast
Plan and schedule all production staff
Develop and execute maintenance plans
Optimize company systems and use inventory management principles to set order points and quantities for key ingredients and supplies
Ensure the constant flow of raw materials required for production schedules
Perform physical inventory counts
Ensure all distributer orders are picked, packed and ready for delivery at the required time
Ensure all workers have received feedback through a set performance management system
