We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Cashier / Merchandiser!
Candidate must have:
- a valid driver’s license,
- customer service experience an asset, and
- knowledge of construction industry an asset.
- Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30-5:00 and every 2nd Saturday 7:30-12
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers, respond to inquiries and direct to appropriate department or staff
- Prepare monthly statements for Customers
- Invoice customers and collect payments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic inquiries (e.g. via e-mail and social media)
- Prepare weekly/as needed social media postings
- Put away incoming inventory, check for price increases and maintain proper retail price tags
- Stock, organize, and maintain stock level on shelves
- Cleaning as needed
- Other duties as requested
